How do I book lessons after purchasing?
After payment, the class pack is activated in your account. Open the Ceramics Class calendar, choose the day and language, and select your class pack at checkout: the class is already covered, with no additional costs.
How long do I have to use it?
The 4-class pack is valid for 2 months, while the 8-class pack is valid for 4 months, starting from the date of purchase. It is personal and non-refundable, and any unused lessons cannot be recovered.
What if I can't come to the booked lesson?
You can reschedule your reservation up to 24 hours in advance and the lesson will remain in your calendar. Absences without notice count as a used lesson. You can freely alternate dates in Italian and English.
